ABOUT US

At Creative Cabinets, we believe that a room’s design and functionality can add to the everyday enjoyment and sense of pride you have in your home.

Women-owned, since 2005

Women-owned, since 2005, Creative Cabinets and Fine Finishes (CCFF) came about when founder Jennifer Hill decided to redesign her own kitchen. Using her eye for creativity and design, Jenna realized that it was the actual process itself that proved the most difficult. Finding the right products and materials as well as organizing and entrusting subcontractors proved to be a monumental task. She knew there must be a better way.

For more than a decade, CCFF has been designing and refinishing kitchens and baths throughout metro-Atlanta, and along the way has discovered the best products and refined the best processes to help make home improvement a better experience.

OUR PROCESS

Clearly, a process is vital to delivering a great product. At Creative Cabinets, we pride ourselves not only on our product and services, but we are confident we have developed a process that is second to none.

Phase One - CONSULTATION AND EXPLORATION

Our design consultant will visit your home to discuss your project and determine your goals, style preferences and overall objectives with your remodel. We will share the latest trends, help develop concepts, ideas and suggestions, all based within your needs and budget. You will receive an estimate within 48 hours after our visit. If you accept our Estimate, we will send you a written contract for you to sign, which includes your initial and overall payment schedule. Once the contract and initial payment is received we are ready to start the process.

PHASE TWO - DESIGN AND SELECTION

You are welcome to set up an appointment to come into our design center to select the components for your new kitchen or bathroom. CCFF keeps our Design Center up-to-date with the latest industry trends. We carry extensive choices in countertops, hardware, tile, cabinets, paint colors, and flooring. This is truly a one-stop source to choose your items. During the design phase, we’ll keep in mind your budget which is based on your Estimate.

PHASE THREE - SCHEDULING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Once all your decisions are made, CCFF will schedule your job. This includes sharing a comprehensive calendar outlining exactly what will happen on each day of your project. Once the job begins, you will be assigned a Project Manager who will be available throughout the project and is your primary contact during the process. Your Project Manager will contact you every day, confirming arrival times, answering questions and sharing the work goals for each day. Our team will clean up the workspace at the end of each day. It won’t be spotless, but we pride ourselves in keeping the work area clear and uncluttered throughout the process.

PHASE FOUR - COMPLETION, SIGN-OFF AND ENJOYMENT!

Once completed, we will request sign-off on the project, to ensure everything is completed as planned. We then clean up your home… and you are ready to enjoy your new or refinished kitchen or bath.
